2. Personal Data We Collect & Legal Basis

We collect personal data only when explicitly provided by you with free, specific, informed, and unambiguous opt-in consent (DPDP Sec. 6):

Lead & Inquiry Forms

Data: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp/Phone Number, Organization/Clinic Name, Inquiry Details.

Purpose: Responding to inquiries, scheduling software walkthroughs, customer support.

Website Telemetry & Analytics

Data: Anonymized IP Address, Geolocation (City/Country), User Agent, Device Type, Page Views.

Purpose: Performance analytics, security audit, user experience optimization.

3. Data Processors & Cross-Border Processing

We engage trusted Data Processors for operational infrastructure. All processing contracts bind processors to strict confidentiality and DPDP security standards:

  • Google Cloud Platform & Google Analytics 4: Infrastructure hosting & anonymized website telemetry.
  • Resend Inc.: Transactional email dispatch for contact form alerts.
  • Vercel Inc.: Edge web deployment & CDN optimization.

4. Data Retention & Automatic Purge Policy

Under DPDP Act Sec. 8(7), personal data is erased once the specified purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn:

Inquiry & Lead Form Submissions: Retained for up to 180 days from submission, after which data is purged unless an ongoing commercial agreement is established.

Analytics Telemetry: Retained for 14 months under Google Analytics standard aggregation.

5. Your Rights as a Data Principal (DPDP Act 2023)

As a Data Principal in India, you hold the following statutory rights:
